This tour departures towards the northern part of the island along with panoramic views of extreme beauty and sightseeing of Corvo Island, you will be passing through Fazenda do Vale with its stone castles. Stop at the viewpoint of Caimbros to observe a natural reserve of migratory birds in the islets of Alagoa, by the route of  Cedros (Cedars), an endemic plant that can be seen all along the road. Continuing to North, the landscape changes, it gives place to the mountains and soon descending to the small village of Ponta Delgada where you can still see the pastoral way of life of the locals and the famous bay. Around 3 kms ahead, we reach the lighthouse Albernaz. This lighthouse is the first light that the transatlantic mariners see when they are coming from the United States to Europe. It also has a magnificent view of Baia do Alem. On the end of this bay, there's the islet of Monchique- famous for being the most westerly point of Europe. Then you will return to Santa Cruz for lunch. After lunch, you will departure to the center of the island and visit the several lagoons. Continuing towards the west side of the island and descend to Faja Grande until the furthest passable west point throughout Europe. In this location facing the ocean, there are beautiful waterfalls coming from the top of the cliffs. You will also visit the viewpoint do Portal, the beautiful view Ribeira Grande and Fajazinha, continuing and visit the most important geological phenomenon in the Azores called Rocha dos Bordoes. When arriving at Vila das Lajes, a small village, visit the Church of Nossa Senhora do Rosario, Lomba e Caveira. Return to Santa Cruz
