How is the weather and climate usually on Faial, Azores?

Summer (JuneSeptember)

Summer is the warmest and driest season in Faial, with average temperatures between 21°C and 26°C (70°F to 79°F). July and August are particularly sunny, making this the perfect time for beachgoers, hikers, and sailors. The sea temperature also rises, making it ideal for swimming and diving.

Autumn (October – November)

Autumn sees a gradual cooling, with temperatures ranging from 17°C to 22°C (63°F to 72°F). Rain becomes more frequent, particularly in November, though October still offers pleasant days. Autumn is a great time to explore Faial’s cultural festivals and enjoy quieter tourist spots.

Winter (December – February)
